Stainless Steel Gauge Tubing Crowned Pulley – 6″ Diameter

Hydro-crowned stainless steel pulleys are an economical alterative to heavy wall machined pulleys. Our stainless pulleys are used throughout the food processing, chemical and fertilizer industries. They are manufactured from top quality 304 stainless. All welds are machined, ground and polished.

Standard Features : Pulleys are supplied crowned faced with recessed end discs unless otherwise specified. Flat pulleys and flush end discs are also available. Standard crown is 1/16″ per foot off the radius, 1/8″ maximum on diameter. Maximum run out is 0.060″. For closer concentricity, please contact the factory.
Standard wall = 11 ga./0.120″
Standard end plates = 3/16″/0.187″
Optional end plates = 3/8″/0.375″
