Turntables provide a method of rotating unit loads when material lines intersect or change directions. Unlike Chain Transfer Devices, they maintain product orientation through an intersection. They can also be used to reverse the orientation of a product or allow a pass through depending on application requirements. When used in a system, they will typically slow through put and require more complex controls to ensure safety because for the rotating top assembly.
Models of Turntables
Model LPT is a heavy duty turntable that can be used for loading or unloading pallets, tote pans and boxes. In assembly or repair operations it provides convenient access to all sides of the equipment.

The Model PP360 Turntable features full 360° powered rotation. This unit is ideal for heavy duty applications requiring powered versus manual rotation. The PP360 can be fitted with various styles of powered conveyor such a multi-strand chain or chain driven live roller to convey material on and off of the turntable.
