Model CDLR19 is a chain driven live roller conveyor that offers a positive drive for handling heavier loads. The rugged 1.9″ diameter rollers are ideal for medium to heavy duty applications like drums, wheels, and totes.

Model CDRC19 is a chain driven live roller curve conveyor commonly used with our CDLR19. It offers a positive drive for negotiating 90, 45, and 30 degree turns. The rugged 1.9″ diameter rollers are ideal for medium to heavy duty applications like drums, wheels, and totes.

Model CDLR2511 chain driven live roller conveyor is the workhorse of heavy duty handling and is an excellent choice in severe service duty applications. It’s rugged construction with 2-1/2″ diameter rollers is well suited for loaded pallets, drums, and containers.

Model CDLR35 is the most robust conveyor of the CDLR series. The 3-1/2″ o.d. x .300 wall, high capacity rollers, and standard structural channel frames, are suitable for heavy loads, and the most abusive industrial applications around.

– Chain Driven Tapered Roller Curve, 11 ga. Tapered Series

The Model CDTRC is used to help maintain product orientation through a curve in the conveyor line. Tapered shells can accommodate a wide range of standard and custom radiuses, and can interface with our CDLR19, CDLR25, & CDLR26 models.

The CDZA25 Model conveyor is a zero pressure, chain driven live roller conveyor. Designed to accumulate heavy loads such as filled pallets, drums, and containers, with no back pressure. These units come equipped with zone control logic for easy set-up of cascade or slug release modes.

The 1500 lb. capacity Model T01C25 is a CDLR25 conveyor with integral pneumatic actuated pop-up chain transfer. Transfer chains are kept within the effective width of the CDLR. This rugged design is ideal for transferring pallets and containers with bottoms capable of conveying at right angles over the small gap that exists because of the conveyor side frame rail.

The 1500 lb. capacity Model T02C25 is a CDLR25 conveyor with integral pneumatic actuated pop-up chain transfer. The external transfer design is useful for transferring pallets and containers where pallet bottom conditions require minimal gaps in order to convey.

The Model T03C25 is a chain roller conveyor with integral pneumatic actuated pop-up chain transfer similar to T01C25 except for handling up to 4,000 pound loads. Transfer chains are kept within the effective width of the CDLR. This rugged design is ideal for transferring pallets and containers with bottoms capable of conveying at right angles over the small gap that exists because of the conveyor side frame rail.

The Model T04C25 is a chain roller conveyor with integral chain transfer similar to T02C25 except for handling up to 4,000 pound loads. The external transfer design is useful for transferring full pallets and containers where pallet bottom conditions require minimal gaps in order to convey.

– Medium Duty Chain

Model MSCC, multi-strand chain conveyor, is a drag chain conveyor typically used for pallets with bottom configurations not conveyable on roller conveyors. Its design is suitable for extreme environments because of the low number of moving component parts and limited amount of required maintenance.

– Heavy Duty, Multi-Strand Chain

Model MSCCH is a heavy duty version of the multi-strand chain conveyor, still considered a drag chain conveyor however incorporates C80 roller chain and 4 gage welded chain strand construction for extreme applications.

– 360 Degree Rotating Turntable

The Model PP360 Turntable features full 360° powered rotation. This unit is ideal for heavy duty applications requiring powered versus manual rotation. The PP360 can be fitted with various styles of powered conveyor such a multi-strand chain or chain driven live roller to convey material on and off of the turntable.
