The Line Shaft Conveyor is a quiet and efficient live roller conveyor system. These systems are primarily suitable for lighter loads. Each roller is powered individually by spools, which in turn are connected fully by a composite “O” ring or band. Large, long systems can be run with a single drive shaft which includes: curves, pop-up transfers or spurs.

LSLR19 – STRAIGHT LINE SHAFT BELT DRIVEN ROLLER WITH 1.90″ DIAMETER ROLLERS

Model LSLR19 is a minimum pressure line shaft belt driven live roller accumulation conveyor which can provide an economical means of accumulating products with minimal back pressure. This conveyor can be supplied with close roller centers, and is a reliable choice for package, carton or tote handling applications.

LSTRC19 – CURVED LINE SHAFT BELT DRIVE ROLLER CONVEYOR WITH 2.50″ DIAMETER TAPERED ROLLERS

Model LSTRC19 is a line shaft belt driven live roller curve that can provide positive drive for negotiating 90, 60, 45, and 30 degree turns. Used in light and medium duty applications, the tapered rollers help maintain product orientation through the curve.
