Machine Crowned Heavy Wall Pulley – 10″ Diameter x 1/4″ Wall

M.C. Series pulleys are designed to meet your heavy-duty applications, or applications that require closer concentricity. They can be machined to very tight tolerances (consult factory) or, left flat, can offer a very strong pulley for your abusive application.

M.C. pulleys are fabricated from top-quality DOM tubing, mechanical tubing, or black pipe. Available in a wide range of sizes. We have a heavy-duty pulley to fit your needs.

Standard Features : Pulleys can be supplied machined crowned, machined flat or flat face. Flat pulleys will be supplied less machining unless specified. Standard crown is 1/16″ per foot taper to center on pulleys 24″ long or less. Standard crown on pulleys greater than 24″ is 1/16″ x 8″ taper off radius each end.

Degree of taper and crown configurations are available in a variety of different options. Please consult one of our customer service representatives for further options.
Standard wall = 1/4″/0.250″
Optional wall = 3/8″
Standard end plates = 3/8″/0.375″
Optional end plates = 1/2″/0.500″
